Reporting a wrong requirement
This is the most useful message you can send. Include the country and document, the field you believe is wrong, and a link to the authority's own page showing the correct value. With a source we can fix it the same day; without one we have to research it from scratch.
Reporting a rejected photo
If an authority rejected a photo made here, tell us the country, the document, the reason they gave, and roughly when. We track these because a pattern of rejections usually means a template is out of date. Please do not attach the photo. We do not want it, and we have nowhere to put it.
