Cookies
What we store ourselves
Two preferences, both kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and neither sent to us: your light or dark theme choice, and your answer to the analytics question. Clearing site data removes both.
Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and understand which pages are used. If you decline, the tag is never loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your answer from the footer at any time.
Advertising
Google AdSense may set cookies to serve and measure advertising. In regions where consent is required, Google presents its own notice and records your choice. Your controls for personalised advertising sit in your Google account's ad settings.
What is never stored
Your photo. It is not written to a cookie, to local storage, to a cache or to a server. It exists in the tab while you work and is discarded when you close it.
Your photo is processed on this device and never uploaded.
