Your photo

Your photo is never uploaded. Face detection and background removal run inside your browser using models downloaded to your device. The cropped result, the report and the print sheet are produced in the same tab and stay there.

We do not store your photo, we do not cache it, and we could not retrieve it if we wanted to. Closing the tab discards it.

You can verify this. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the network panel, and run the tool. You will see the model files being downloaded. You will not see your photo being sent anywhere.

What the site does collect

With your consent, Google Analytics records page views, selected country templates, file selection, processing successes and errors, download starts and abandoned sessions. We never send the image, file name or face measurements.

If you decline analytics, the Google tag is not loaded at all and no measurement request leaves your browser.

The web server keeps standard request logs, which include your IP address, for a short period so we can find faults and block abuse.

Advertising

Advertising is our main source of funding. We are preparing Google AdSense and will enable ads after site approval. When ads are enabled, Google may use your IP address, browser or device details, cookies and other advertising signals to deliver, measure and, where permitted, personalise ads according to your region and consent choices.

Ad placements are automatic. You never need to click or watch an ad to download your photo, and downloading does not open an advertising panel.

Advertising choices are separate from our analytics cookie settings. When advertising is enabled, use Google's regional consent notice and on-site privacy controls, where available, to review or change your advertising choices.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time from the link in the footer. You can clear the site's stored preferences by clearing site data in your browser.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because the photo never reaches us, most of what you might expect us to hold does not exist.
